Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Tribello, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate details (including your first and last name) and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18+ and the parent or guardian of any child added.

Plans & billing

• Explorer (Free): the default plan — every account starts here.
• Family Plus / Fam Jam: paid subscriptions billed via Stripe, with a 7-day trial.
• If you don’t subscribe, or your subscription is cancelled or fails to renew, your account automatically reverts to the free Explorer plan.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Tribello: no unlawful, harmful, or misleading content, no scraping, and no attempts to disrupt the service.

Partner listings & reviews

Venues and providers submit listings, which we review before publishing. Reviews are written by registered users and must be honest and respectful. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

Bookings

Where you book activities through partners, the activity is provided by that partner under their own terms. Tribello is not responsible for the activity itself.

Disclaimers & liability

Tribello is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
